• Third-Party Tools: AiWebStack recommends third-party tools and services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these tools. Your use of any recommended tool is governed by that tool's own terms and policies.

Pricing and Payments

• Free Tier: Basic AI plan generation is free with no account required.
• Pro Plan Upgrade: Individual plans can be upgraded to Pro ($9.99 one-time per plan) for a deeper implementation-grade recommendation.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of AI-generated content (delivered instantly upon purchase), Pro plan upgrades are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us for resolution.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All content on AiWebStack, including industry guides, UI design, and branding, is owned by AiWebStack and protected under copyright law.
• Your Plans: AI-generated plans created from your inputs are yours to use, share, and reference for your website building decisions.
• Guide Content: Our industry guide pages are original content. You may reference and link to them but may not reproduce them in bulk without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content from AiWebStack.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI recommendation system or prompts.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure.
• Misrepresent AI-generated recommendations as professional consulting advice.
